Kung Hei Fat Choi

Presented by cccdi ltd., the Chinese Lunar New Year Greetings Website “Kung Hei Fat Choi” hopes to send our sincere greetings to clients, friends and business partners. The greeting website was inspired by “Boomerang” , a mobile app to create 1-second mini video loops. A group of core members in cccdi took a short video individually with different gestures and movements. By speeding up the videos and then looping them back and forth, all the videos were put on a same website together to create a rewinding GIF-like e-card. Ready to receive our innovative and warm blessing.

The website was created as the home for the online presence of The Theodore Boutique Hotel. This methodology is present even down to colour palette which was picked from ancient Greek paintings of the Minoan Bull. Along with this, the UX and UI coupled together to make a seamless experience for consumers browsing the site and ensure a clear sense of legibility.

As result, we solved a lot of issues, especially with restaurant processes analytics, waiters' work efficiency, and overall convenience of food ordering.
