The future of technology-enabled healthcare is all about caring connectivity rather than distance and pure functionality. The Pillo app design is the result of a comprehensive research and analysis of user experience in the healthcare field. We strived to create the personality of a humane product that does not just manage supplement and medication schedules but helps users feel empowered and cared for. We wanted to craft the experience of caring connectivity that is easy to understand and interact with for people of different ages, emotional and physical states.

Memo Health

The centerpiece of Memo Health design is the feel of intelligence, derived from actively interacting with user, as opposed to serving as a passive tool. This unifies with a light skeuomorphic approach, offering user the sense of attachment, as if they are operating this APP like that of a piece of Memo, commonly, stuck on the family fridge. The amalgamation of intelligence and personal approach, serves an important purpose, to give user a sense of ownership and to cue user to comply with one’s own medication regimen at the rightful moments.

Empire Recording Studio - Frost Creative

This is a bespoke design and build of a fully responsive website that merges vintage and modern together in an interesting way. The recording studio offers customers traditional analogue recording facilities and modern technology so the design takes inspiration from merging the old and new as well. The website is a shop window for the music studio, a well executed and unique video on the home page takes the site visitor on a journey so they can experience the studio before having to book. The site is simple, well designed with touches of the unexpected.

Over de Vloed

Festival Over de Vloed is a three-day festival in the Netherlands with events at several places along 90 kilometers of UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea coastline. As first editions go, it needed a program, an identity and a website appealing to both prospected participants and visitors. The design is in direct reference to the festival's close proximity to the sea. It allows scrolling along 90 kilometers of sea dike, plotting festival participants and events alike. The color scheme of green, red and blue derives from the provincial flag of Groningen, where the festival is held.

Tomi

TOMI is like a public hyperbolic smartphone in urban spaces. The easy interaction invites to action to find the contents and services related with user's geolocation and diverse local trending information. The interaction requested to users is facilitated by a clean design that triggers emotional responses. This is emphasised by a dual approach aiming either users that interacts, as well as the ones that read and consume ads, targeting the call-to-action suggestions in the interface, eg., images, pictorial stylisation, headline text, etc.

KM05

We linked the passing of time and the movement of a person with the scrolling of the mouse in order to express the person waking up from a pleasant sleep. In addition, each pushing of the button expresses each movement during sleep and the time advances according to the number of buttons pressed. Each image represents the person waking  up from a comfortable sleep. We aim to enhance the understanding of the users of our product by presenting the product in a bold and striking way.
